Meet the dog Patron! He works 24/7 with Chernihiv sappers to save the lives of Ukrainians.

For the whole 30 days Chernihiv region was under the occupation of the Russian enemy, who left behind many mines and shells. Now, in order for people to live safely, our sappers need to demine the land, and these are very dangerous missions.

But the Patron is not timid! The dog, like a real snipe, sniffs every inch of the ground and helps pyrotechnicians. He does not receive a salary, but he is rewarded for his conscientious work with cheese, which he simply adores.

He also helps teach children how to behave with suspicious objects and supports patients in hospitals. In his spare time, he is happy to pose for his Instagram profile. The patron became a mascot and was already given the humorous title of "Commander-in-Chief of demining operations."
